  3. Hi Terry I work for the University of Sheffield, recruiting patients to come and assist with teaching and exams for student doctors. We have contacts with the Breathe Easy Group in Rotherham and their members regularly come along to help us out, and we are trying to get in touch with someone from the Sheffield group to see if anybody that attends there may be interested in getting involved too. Would you be able to put me in touch with somebody I could speak to about us coming down to see you all? Is it only people with COPD that attend or do people with any respiratory condition come along? If you want to send me a private message then we can get in touch that way. Thanks very much, Emma
  4. Sorry,to confirm, not fire damage, power was cut to the warehouse so all perishables....well,perished! Rest of stock is smoke damaged. Store opening in morning with limited stock, but sounds like store George stock ok,just stuff in warehouse, so you might get ya shirts after all! :-P
  5. Dad works there and just told me that it was the warehouse, all stock destroyed and fridges too,George affected too but think mainly smoke damage. Store shut, obviously, don't know for how long, everyone safe though which is the main thing.
  6. Anyone know what Penistone Rd and the traffic is like? Meant to be having visitors and stuck in the house with a 5 week old baby so can't go and check! Also, what's Hillsborough like,I'm at top side of Morrisons. Cheers, Em
  7. Hi Our Abyssinian cat went missing on Friday lunchtime on Manvers Road. She has a blue/grey coat with an oatmeal belly. She is nearly 20 years old and deaf. She is quite small and skinny now thanks to old age. She suffers with dementia and we can only think that she got spooked by another cat and ran off, but can't remember where home is. She does not venture any further than Mum's back garden and next door's greenhouse where she was last seen. I know it sounds like she hasn't got much going for her, but we love her very much and we have had her since birth. We were prepared for her to not be with us too much longer, but not in this way. She has a bit of a sniffle, but other than old age and dementia, she is fine so don't think she has taken herself off to die as cats do. She is called Polly, but won't hear you if you call her!! Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks, Em

He can teach individuals or small groups, don't worry about what standard you are at, he teaches complete beginners to advanced players. He plays with a number of different bands and specialises in many different styles and also has a BAHons in music. His prices are very reasonable aswell. Hope this helps you out! Em

  10. Hi I am looking to get a conservatory stuck on the side of my house and was wondering if anyone could recommend a decent company that they have dealt with. Any info. would be greatly appreciated as I'm a bit dense at this sort of thing!! Many thanks, Em
  11. Hi everyone! Just to let you know that I went to this class last Thursday and it was great! The girl that runs it is called Tracy and she is really lovely. You don't have to be fit or anything you just take it at your own pace. I haven't done any exercise for ages and it was really satisfying. It was good that there were people of all abilities too, I was a bit worried I'd look stupid coz I'm not fit at all, but most of us were in the same boat which was a relief! Definitely recommend it! Cheers, Em
