Hi you mention the Denall family and the upholstery shop. My name is Richard Dennell and we used to live above the shop and Percy Broomhead lived at the back of the shop. I remember it well. The upholstery shop belonged to my dad so the name is not Denall but Dennell, I had two brothers Ronald and Michael and a sister called Shirley and Pat. Hi No it's not Ronnie, it's Richard his younger brother. Ronnie lives in Turkey, so I never see him. I remember the Hewitts and Dewsnaps and the big family on the end of the road. Hi I used to live on Hurst rd, my brother was called Mick Dennell. Saddely Mick passed away when he was 49 years old, great loss to family and friends. I remember the bonfires and dens made in them, I also remember st silas school and Richards knife factory. Great days.
