I think if you looked at a cross section of people who are on benefits/low incomes you would find quite a lot of them used income for things that are no essential Sky being one of them, why do they also feel the need to spend large amounts of money at christmas on expensive things using loads/catalogues etc ---------- Post added 02-12-2013 at 14:50 ---------- The is that as well. Sky is not essential and is not really needed.
  3. Maybe its the art of cooking has been lacking in peoples families, so those who were not taught how to cook and are on low incomes dont know. Personally i think people are to lazy to cook from scratch these days,
  4. Why is that people who are on benefits or a low income seem to spend such a high % of their income on things like takeaways/processed food, expensive items at home and labels. Instead of making food from scratch , buying good value ingredients and making do with lower value items, instead of complaining they have no money

  11. You would have to check whether a water leak is something that needs to be disclosed and if failure to disclose would mean future claims could be repudiated. But mountains and mole hills come to mind
  12. Carpet is being discouraged from being used on allotments
  13. I disagree, unless the was major water damage, i wouldn't be informing the insurance company for something like this (if its minor)
  14. The leak will be your responsibility if it is on your side of your boundary stop tap (if you have your own/shared one)
