Oooh, this would be cool. I live near Beighton and therefore this would be good for some people. I do see that it will be very noisy. But if it goes through Beighton, what will happen to the tram lines? Will this affect anything near the Stagecoach bus depot? Doubt it but the HS2 could avoid all tram lines.

There's one just a bit up the road from the Uni tram stop, its ridiculous, I was getting off the bus once and about to cross the road, a blind corner was not far off, and a car came flying round.
