To ensure that an agency will be able to cope with the expected workload, I had better clarify that the company has recently dispensed with the services of there London agency as they had been unable to provide the best airfares with specified airlines. The expected travel budget will exceed £1.3m next year.

Trying to find a reputable agency in the area for company travel. Mainly abroad, europe, far east. Had different firms mentioned by business contacts but not many gave glowing comments. Need firm who are farsighted in intepreting fares and restrictions.
