My dad worked in SuffolK house drawing office , he was Alan Fritchley if anyone can remember him. Sadly he dies in 1977 from a heart attack, but I would love to know if anyone remembers him

I lived on Horndean Road at Firvale, but spent a lot of time in and around Firth Park so knew the area well. I was at Hucklow Road Infants and Juniors and went to Shiregreen in 1967 from what I remember my form tutor was Miss Baggley (or something similar) absolutely hated her, she taught RE, remember walking out of school one day and going to my Grandma at Attercliffe as the stupid woman had thrown a dickie fit over a letter that I hadn't taken back. I transferred to Hinde House in 1969 under the regime of Mr Edwards and his small sidekick who for the life of me I can't remember his name, only remember that when talking to him you felt like patting him on the head, both of them used to swish around school like Darth Vader. Whilst at Hinde House I went on a trip to Switzerland, Edwards went with his family, got talking to his daughters apparently he ruled them with a rod of iron as well
