I have just moved into a new house on the gateway development at Handsworth. I am looking for someone who could lift some existing paving flags and lay a reasonable patio to the rear of the property. Any recommendations?

Hi all I am moving to Sheffield in November and was looking at renting an apartment on the 9th Floor in this building as it looks like a great location. Can anyone tell me if the problems have now been resolved? Also, is the lift big enough to fit a three seater settee in? Cheers Tony
