You could go to Varna too. It's a beautiful ancient citynext to the sea. I've been there for my holidays in 2008 and I really had a great time. If you're planning on going there you should definitely buy museum tickets for the archaeological museum!! The town is full of ancient history and even your kids (if you have any) will have a lot of fun because they offer guided tours in English for children.

I think I might know what you mean by children grwoing up too fast. I have two children myself and I want them to have a good childhood. I think children nowadays have to cope with a lot more emotional stress, the pressure at school, divorced parents and split week-ends. Another important aspect is the "digital revolution" I guess. Our children are confronted with so much information. I try to do things with my children that are age-appropriate. Last week-end I bought Lion King tickets and when the wheather will get better I'm gonna take them to the zoo. My childhood was great and I enjoyed being a child, I want the same for my kids!
