sportster   10 #1 Posted May 27, 2007 I have a House to Let which I am currently trying to private Let.  However if this doesnt work, Who is the best letting agent.  I've used Mike Jolly before but all the tenants ive had dealings with in the past say that they charge tenants a fortune and they wouldnt get a property through them again which puts me off a bit.  Any recommendations ? accessdenied   10 #4 Posted June 13, 2007 keep well away from Lewis Wadsworth and Mike Jolly - they both operate with extra charges and never ever come and fix anything within a decent time scale!  Cowboys is the only word to sum up these two letting agents!!!
