bex78   10 #1 Posted April 1, 2007 Hello All! Its been such a long time, but I come with a completed project! LOL To be honest, I've been a bit anti forums, just posting on one or 2 that I go on, mainly due to feeling a bit out of sorts! My reason? I'm pregnant! Due 11th October, and this is baby no. 4.  My project is this scarf I have been knitting this since roughly last October for my eldest, and forgot about it. But today I got the needles out and finished it. Its just cheap yarn that I found on the market, and it didnt have a tension or needle gage, so I used 4mm's and cant on 13 stitches I think. It was only a pound anyway!  I do have an ulterior motive, I needed to free up my 4mm's for baby garments! Which reminds me, if you have an Instore, they have packs of babysoft DK, 4 50g balls for £2. INstore is part of the poundstretcher group so you might find some in there if you have one. They did have aran balls, and something else, but I didnt really look, as I only wanted the baby yarn.  I did start the scarf knitalong the otehr week, I need to get round ti finishing it, its coming along well.  And thats my news! Chat soon:) :)
 Share this content via...
