RJRB 688 #1 Posted June 22, 2023 Just had an alteration with a bloke exercising 2 Alsatians in Beeley Woods. I parked towards the end of Clay Wheels Lane and walked a matter of yards with my JR on a lead when a snapping Alsatian ran from a path and went for my dog. The owner wearing black T shirt with “dog handler” stencil appeared from some 20 or more yard distant,with a second loose Alsatian and was shouting ,whilst I scooped my dog on to my shoulder to get him safe. I opened my car door to chuck my dog in but the Alsatian also tried to get in. It was a scary scenario, Words were exchanged when the “dog handler claimed that his Alsatian was not out of control,and if I had not picked up my dog then his Alsatian would not have attacked him further! Anyway if anyone should have the misfortune to run into this idiot stay clear. He claimed to be self employed ,presumably in some security capacity and drives an old estate EX 57.... with the stencil of 2 alsatians in the rear window.
