Hippogriff   10 #1 Posted January 21, 2023 (edited) Hi all,  Hope it's OK to post a request for someone to do a bit of work - I've had no luck yet with Checkatrade... could be weather-related I'm sure, or because I think the job is quite small. I'm looking for someone to attend a rented property in S13, Handsworth, to inspect and make good a flat roof that's got a hole or crack somewhere and is leaking. The Tenant is pretty relaxed about it and she's available most times, and we don't want a whole new roof or anything, I am hoping someone can visit along with some felt and adhesive or some magic gloop and can make it watertight for another couple of years... hey, it might be freezing but at least it's not raining, right?  If you can turn your hand to this, please do send me a message or ask me to send you a message and I'll provide more details.
