I was in Rivelin, from December 1950, until 1October 1954.

I'm sorry you had to be in Dido. Dad was in on and off from age 2 in 1936 until 1954. He had bovine TB.

I was in with the same thing.  We were  probably in at the same time.  Ask him if he remembers  Sister Butler and Sister Hare , who was the theatre sister.

Sorry, Dido, dad's not well at the moment, so just seen this.  When I get the opportunity I will ask him about Sister Butler and Sister Hare. The nurse that most sticks in his mind is Nurse Parker who he went on to marry!
