Does anyone know of any Depression and/or Mood Disorder support groups in Sheffield for adults?

There is MIND, if that is of help. They may also know of other support groups.

Website says they are open 9 to 5 pm Monday to Friday, but best to phone in case website is not up to date.

Try IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies.)

There is aiso a telephone number, 0114 2716568 but it might be out of date.

 

They run free courses on a number of mental health issues which may be helpful.  I'm not sure if you need a referral from your doctor but it would be a good idea to have a word with him/her anyway as they may have more information on support groups etc.
