glennpickard Posted October 2, 2015 Share Posted October 2, 2015 good luck with the valuation. One problem with so much fraud today is that many old paintings are not so old, if you know what I mean. But if the valuation does come up positive, please don't take the first valuation as gospel. I am assuming you wish to sell, and so best to look for the highest valuation you can find, esp. if selling to a broker or valuer, who intends to resell. A second thing is to make sure that the frame on the painting is in the best condition possible, to enhance its value Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
