GOLDEN OLDIE Â Â 15 #3 Posted August 22, 2014 Can recommend Leeds West Indian Carnival which is this Monday in Potternewton Park, Leeds. It is the best outside of Notting Hill. Its amazing. If you get into the park for 12noon you can watch them putting their costumes on before the procession through Leeds from 2.30. Lots to do - stalls, food, crafts. Worth a visit!
