Stray cat no microchip, any foster home til RSPCA can collect

Recommended Posts

Hi

my friends have got a stray male cat which as taken a liking to their house , they have taken it to the vets and it's not microchipped so now they need the RSPCA to collect it?

Can anyone give it a home for tonight or until the RSPCA can collect?

Thanks

Ah, shame. I have space here, but i'm afraid i'm not risking going all that distance in my car tonight (I'm a relatively new driver). Sorry.

Have you rung the RSPCA to ask if they will come & collect the cat? The reason I ask is because RSPCA dont usually come out for stray or abandoned cats. They will only take them if they are injured. If the cat is injured, normally the vet will hang onto the cat until it can be collected by RSPCA.

Just wondered if this was a young black and white cat by any chance? I know someone who has lost their cat in Kimberworth.
