LornaF 10 #1 Posted May 9, 2013 Hi, I'm working for a small company and we are looking at installing a business telephone system. We don't have any experience in this, I have contaced BT who quoted around £1000 for initial purchase and set up. Ideally looking for a less expensive option and wondered about buying used. Any advice would be very much appreciated!
 Share this content via...
indizine 10 #2 Posted May 9, 2013 Why not go for a less expensive VoIP system instead. How many extensions do you need (just to get an idea of what you mean by a small company).
 Share this content via...

LornaF 10 #5 Posted May 13, 2013 Hi, sorry for delay in response! We have a total number of 6 full time and 2 part time staff. 4 full time staff need handsets and 2 part time could share hansets as work alternate days. I'm having a look into Voip, thank you for the suggestion!
 Share this content via...
SportsTrophy 10 #6 Posted May 13, 2013 Origin Broadband have a voip router with 2 direct telephone connectors with unlimited extensions at £2 per month each. It works most of the time but worth having a BT line on standby if the voip fails.
 Share this content via...
