Has anyone on here got wallpaper as feature wall in their kitchen

Recommended Posts

I am a professional decorator and fwiw, unless it is an extremely large room (so the feature wall can be well away from the cooking steam, splashes, etc.), I'd advise against wallpaper (of any sort) in both kitchens and bathrooms. It's not very practical, unless you use industrial strength vinyl wallpaper (which is pretty nasty).

Constant exposure to steam just opens up the joins and makes it look a mess.
