biglee85 Â Â 10 #5 Posted January 29, 2013 Haven't been,last year I strained the same ligament,went to a&e for 2 hours was given some nurofen and told to go to my docs in 2 weeks after the swelling goes down. No point in wasting their time & mine when they'll only tell me the same now. This time though I can't walk at all so could do with some crutches,I'm 6foot 5 though so need some tall ones!
