K2Kz   10 #1 Posted August 1, 2012 Hi,  I have a rented property and the bills are not included in the rent. The tenants normally sort out the bills themselves. Recently some housemates are not coorporating in paying bills and have some issue in the house that people taking initiative to collect bills for the house has been turned down by other housemates being refused to pay. Can anyone advise on how to solve this issue? I definitely do not want to include bills in my rent. Please can anyone advise? Thanks
 Share this content via...

Which bills are involved: electricity, gas, telephone/broadband, Council Tax, Water/Drainage?
 Share this content via...
