Does anybody have any stories about the Memorial not being well recieved or any other stories for that matter? I'm also on the Sheffield History site. Do people think the Memorial is still as significant today or does anybody think that the memorial was selected, pictured, popularised and institutionalised, as Hobsbawm argues, from above?
