Timber Treatment / Roofing Contractors

I've just received the Home Buyer Report that I requested for the house I've had an offer accepted for, and it's revealed that serious work is urgently needed to the chimney stacks, roof coverings, rainwater pipes and gutters and the property's electrics. In addition to this there's fungal decay and wood boring weevil within hardboard and timber in the cellar. To which the report recommends I have a specialist timber treatment contractor to carry out a thorough investigation.

 

Does anyone know of any reputable contractors that I can get quotes from within the Sheffield, or South Yorkshire areas?

Hi, thanks for the reply. The house I'm buying is an end terrace, which was built in the 1880s, and also has an off-shoot kitchen, that will also need re-roofing. I was also advised that the chimney stack will also need repair.

 

It was also recommended to bring the roof insulation up to modern standards, is this something you can also provide or out-source?

 

Would you be able to give me an estimate on price, based on the above details?
