Oh no, I'm with E&L - as yet I haven't made a claim but as it happens, we're off to the vets in the next couple of days and may need to depending on what happens. Is there something I should know.......?!!

I use Tesco for a dogue de bordeaux, Great price, great cover and club card points! :)

E & L wil try to get out of paying any claim and arent that good imo

They also wrote to several hundred ppl and conf they wouldnt insure certain breeds anymore so get lost basically in a nicely written letter

They love taking your money,but hate to pay out on claims i dumped them in the end got fed up of having to beg them to pay up ,its almost impossible to speak to them on the claims line,i ended up complaining to head office and finaly got paid .

Google them and check their reviews out wish i had done that .

That's a bit worrying (thanks for the info though!)

 

I havent bothered claiming for previous visits as I figured it wasnt worth the hike in next years premium to claim back a small sum. This time I have a feeling I will be facing a fairly hefty vets bill in which case, I will have to. Oh well, I guess I will just have to see how it goes.....
