Is there something I should know.......?!!  They love taking your money,but hate to pay out on claims i dumped them in the end got fed up of having to beg them to pay up ,its almost impossible to speak to them on the claims line,i ended up complaining to head office and finaly got paid . Â I havent bothered claiming for previous visits as I figured it wasnt worth the hike in next years premium to claim back a small sum. This time I have a feeling I will be facing a fairly hefty vets bill in which case, I will have to. Oh well, I guess I will just have to see how it goes.....
