justaname   10 #61 Posted October 25, 2010 I've lived in Abbeydale and Nether Edge ever since relocating many years ago. I love the location as they have great amenities and bus services. As a renter, I only rent around this area but have notice a sharp rise in rent increase over the years.  I've never had any troubles to date. Well, apart from naughty neighbourhood kids.
