Flossy   10 #25 Posted June 13, 2011 Just a word of warning about Whittingtons at Parkway markets, I called in on Saturday to see what they sold as I want to do my own flower displays for the tables and was told in no uncertain terms that the DO NOT sell to the general public and only sell to the Trade , they had some lovely things in there and I could have spent a fortune but sadly came away with nothing and he lost a sale didn’t relise in these hard pressed time business could afford to turn away money .  His advice was, go to a florist they will get you anything you want, what he failed to appreciate was I want to do these myself as I am on a very tight budget and cannot afford a florist. On a positive note the flower sellers were brilliant and I will defiantly be going there to get my flowers for the wedding . sheff_minx   10 #26 Posted June 25, 2011 I ordered my bouquet from ebay (seller lynnlifting) and it is absolutely beautiful. I'm so pleased because I thought I was being "cheap" by having silk rather than real flowers but the ivory roses are beautiful and look realistic, plus I'll be able to keep it after the wedding day
 Share this content via...
