craigpugh   10 #25 Posted June 15, 2010 Hey Bigsteve,  that's amazing- before we can do the building work, we will need to empty a lot of our specialist and bulky eqipment out of the centre or it will get ruined with plater dust etc.  We'll get in touch in a couple of weeks as plans shape up, but thanks, really appreciate it!  We also need some kind of storage facility, is that something Arrow can do (or are there any other offers)  Thanks,  Craig
 Share this content via...

Even more strange is that the greentop circus bought our old house down Grimesthorpe.  I may be able to offer a few days labour ( materials possibly ) please feel free to PM me some details or a time to visit
 Share this content via...

Glad to see people from sheffield pulling together to help a great charity!
 Share this content via...
bennybilo   10 #34 Posted June 25, 2010 Anyone willing to donate materials? I'm willing to do the graft.
 Share this content via...
craigpugh   10 #35 Posted June 26, 2010 Thanks bennybilo, and thanks yogibear69. Things are getting moving and we have some offers of materials including some plasterboard and other bits.  We could really do with a new boiler so if anyone has any contacts let us know. Its the specialist tricky things like- who would put a new metal edge on the cover of our trampoline pit, or strip and reseal the sprung dance floor?  The supporters pack is now available and there is more info on the website http://www.greentop.org/news/thatcircusmakeoverthing
 Share this content via...
craigpugh   10 #36 Posted June 26, 2010 Oh, the other incredible news is that the architect who worked on the original conversion turned up today! He just wandered in to the building, great stuff reminiscing about the 3 days of work, we've given ourselves longer to do less this time thank goodness!
