sidewinder   10 #1 Posted May 3, 2010 Hi, I'm looking for a timber specialist who can assess the sub floor timbers of a house I am buying, following the recommendation of the surveyor.  This is initially required as an assessment/quote during the negotiation process with the vendor.  If anyone has any recommendations or advice please let me know.
