Yes but i have already waited nearly 25 days since posting the completed voucher (or i will have by next tues) and to get an email now saying its going to be another 25 days is bloody annoying! I need to pay my holiday off next month and really need the money. Its very misleading what it tells you about how long it takes

I got a voucher code and they e-mailed me on 24th March saying that "processing" would begin some time in the next 25 working days, so I'm assuming it'll take at least 5 real weeks. It's a long wait...

To add to this, I've just rung them. Apparently the "processing" was completed on 14th April, and then passed over to the payments section... And, once it's in their hands, you should expect another 21 working days before receiving the money... Patience... Patience...

well i might ring them too cos all its says when you apply is expect it to take 25 working days from reciecing your claim. now it would seem thats not the case,

Finally got a £400 cheque through the post yesterday, so it's taken over 2 months for the payment to come through. I could have sworn that I gave them my bank details, though, so that they could have paid it directly into my account...
