Adz Posted November 23, 2009 Share Posted November 23, 2009 This dog is a stray it needs to legally serve it's 7 days in the pound, have the chance to have it's owners traced or do 28 days in a home so that it can be legally adopted. Adz Posted November 23, 2009 Share Posted November 23, 2009 Oh Janeyboo this is crazy if it was a stray that you took in at night because we have no out of hours cover for lost and stray dogs then they must take it. A stray goes to the pound, it's as simple as that... as said above legally, they have to spend 7 days in the pound or 28 days in a home (which the council knows about) before they can be homed to someone...
