Just found out about this fabulous event on Mon, Nov 9th at Ponds Forge in aid of NSPCC. A 2 hour workout for £5 and you get a T-shirt thrown in too. I'm going to get my lazy behind off the settee and be as un-co-ordinated (is this even a word!) as I possibly can be and make everyone laugh at me behind my back at my lack of rhythm!!!!!
