Circuit Training North Sheffield wanted

Used to go a regular circuit training session at Concord on a Monday and Hillsborough on a Wednesday.

 

Desperately need to start getting fit again and lose some weight.

 

Anyone know of regular training sessions and where they are/how much?

 

Prefer North side of the city centre.

Im a fitness unlimited member and I know they still go on.

a quick google tells me (concordsportscentredotcodotuk)

Concorde: Mondays at 6:45, Wednesdays 6pm, Thursdays 10:30am. Classes £4.80 per session or membership for roughly that amount per week.

 

Hillsborough has military circuits which I are great fun.

Tues 6:15, Wed 7:15.

 

FU do a couple of classes at Don Valley aswell. Not sure which ones but it may be better located and the stuff there is usually more hardcore than at the other centres. Prices at all venues should be the same.

Try boxing gyms. There's Sheffield Boxing Centre and also one at 393 club at Hillsborough.
