Katwalk   10 #1 Posted September 11, 2009 Hi girls,  A friend and myself have set up a little group for girls in the Sheffield area who want to get fit the fun way - by doing all different kinds of things. One week we'll (try) to play football (kickabout in the park), the next week we might go swimming (that cost of course), then we might play basketball or netball or just go for a jog, depending what everyone wants to do.  It's a great way to meet new mates and get fit whilst having a good laugh - instead of all that treadmill training.  Basically, we usually meet in Hillsborough park on saturdays and a couple of days in the week where we plan what we will do the next time we meet.  A bit random but you're sure to have fun learning sports and getting fit with a group of wanna-be fit girls!!!  PM me for details and come along whenever you can  Kate x Share this post Link to post Share on other sites Share this content via...
