Carborundum Posted August 13, 2009 Author Share Posted August 13, 2009 Yes no need to ruin the art but I did think it was kid acnes style in retrospect - the nuanced exaggerated use of star symbols with the prolonged downward peak - a classic kid acne feature of his art ... oh well - yes i did get the impresison the place was cliquy also and anyone over a certain age seemed to get slow service - but had good djs tho and was a happening kinda groovy retro place for discerning students musos etc lets hope it reopens again ..
