Spyro
Well........where shall I start??? How about getting the lenses strength wrongng in not only my glasses, but my youngest son's as well. Or putting my hubby's lenses in the wrong way round? Or, despite being told the name of the genetic sight defect in our family, they missed it in my son for 12 years? Or the fact that none of our glasses last much longer than 6 months without breaking? Or the fact that you feel like you are on a conveyor belt? Is that enough??? Aye, just wanted to know what bad experiences people have had. I have had nothing but good experiences with them personally, but then again, I haven't been there for many years, so things may have changed. I'm sure you can have bad experiences at any opticians though.

They don't suit everyone though. Maybe I'm more aware because of the probs we have.
Spyro
It was Vision Express who first picked up on my Karaticonus eye condition. I will be going back simply there, but will be warey after seeing this thread. I only need glasses though, so hopefully nothing can go too wrong.
