Annual Gas Check with Certificate

Hi, Does any Landlord use any CORGI registered company for annual gas check (i.e. central heating, boiler) of their rented property? Who provide a Landlord Gas Safety check certicate. About how much will this normally cost? Any recommendation and advice would be very helpful. Thanks.

Our landlord has one done every year by Heatserve ( Glen is the guys name) He appears every year and leaves us with a certificate and gives on the the landlord. I think its not to expensive as we only have the heating and a cooker

To cover your self (http://www.trustcorgi.com) you will need a landlords gas safety certificate every time the property is let or every 12 months which ever is first, and a 12 month service plan ( gas apppliance serviced).
