Fully agree with you mate, I have ordered there 40mb/10mb service . just waiting to be connected with Origin, very impressed so far with there customer contact and professionalism , keep it up guys

I too will be joining Origin once my area goes live in the next few weeks I also have spoke to these guys on the phone and they do seem very knowledgeable and polite, they are currently looking into my live date then they will call me back, so far so good, also another thing Orgin as far as i know are the only ISP to offer a static IP , even if they do charge £2.50 extra for it
