Don't get too hung up about the charge. If whoever sells your house gets a few more thousand for it the charge becomes irrelevant. Talk to the valuers and go with the most professional.

I am looking at replacing our trusty but aged Aga with a newer model. Is there anyone out there with the skills and experience to dismantle transport and install a second hand cooker? The cooker will be gas fired so a Gas Safe engineer will be needed. Any suggestions/offers?

Can anybody recommend someone to supply and fit made to measure electric gates in Sheffield. I would rather have a local firm to make and fit the gates. Maybe someone has experience of this?

Weeeeell, I need some cracked stones sorting out, a wall bonding to another wall that isn't properly tied. Possibly re pointing of stonework. All with proper lime mortar. Thats all. It does require somone who knows what he is doing. If you do know someone I would really appreciate your help.

Does any one know of a good stone mason used to working on Victorian properties?
