  1. I don't see anybody making the whole country go silent. It's just some people understand the sacrifice these people made and choose to go silent as a mark of respect. I never understood the realities of war until I really read about it, and now I feel obliged to be silent for two minutes. It is the absolute least I can do. Maybe if more people were taught about it more people would be silent.
  2. Which is exactly why we need to teach children the truth of the horrors of war. I used to think like this but then had to study first world war literature as part of my English Lit A Level. Some of the stuff I read will haunt me forever. Children should know exactly what sacrifices previous generations made for their freedom.
  3. I met Meat Loaf in Florida when I was about 11. Oh and I licked Steve Lamaq's (radio 1) earlobe...
  4. The new Christian Dior Pure Poison is lovely but quite strong. Last summer wore Davidoff Cool Water Women which is really nice and fruity. On men Jean Paul Gautier Le Male gets me everytime. Has anybody else noticed that there is something about this fragrance that gets you...you know...in the mood Maybe it's just me..
  5. Think it is about 100. It sounds a lot to make on the bar but I only had about 50 guests and made 580 pounds, but then again they were all feeding me cocktails (hence my swift exit home at 10pm )
  6. I had my 21st birthday party at Vodka Revolution. Deposit is 100 pounds but you get that back if you make 500 on the bar
  7. My boyfriend and I hired Vodka Rev for our joint 21st and had a brilliant time. Staff were excellent and were very tolerant of me considering I was so hammered! You could lie and say it's your 21st? I don't think any bars would let 17 year olds in when they know they are 17!
