Where's best to buy miniatures

Does anyone know if there's anywhere in or around Sheffield selling miniature spirits/liquers. Used to be able to get them at some beer-offs but doesnt seem to be the case anymore. I know they are available online for a couple of quid or so but the delivery charge is a bit steep when you're only buying one. Thanks
