Where can I find out how to locate a burial plot I have name and death date but need to find where the person is buried in Sheffield

i moved to parson cross in 1952 and lived on yew lane, we moved from pitsmoor as my dad was crippled in the war and needed a bathroom, we thought we were very posh i lived there until i married and then moved to foxhill my children went to school on creswick lane, i remember going to the pictures at the ritz and the library in ecclesfield, i would wlk up and down that steep hill every saturday morning. i remember having my first alcholic drink in the wordsworth tavern ( at 16!!) and tearing around the street on motorbikes with the lads. no helmets in those days. sorry no photos my mother threw them all away at some time.
