Oh dear. I think that's awful to sell someone a car like that, presumably knowing that something is going to / or has started to go wrong with it. I hope they feel bad about it (if they have a conscience).

ADVICE TO ANYONE THINKING ABOUT GETTING IN THEIR CARS IN THE CROOKES/WALKLEY AREA - don't! There are cars sliding everywhere, people crashing and skidding. It's not safe. It appears there is no grit at all on the roads up here... appalling. I hope people stay indoors and only venture out on foot - the car is not a good plan..

You know Springvale road? - Fairly near there - so my options are, to drive down there, or, go intot broomhill in the morning i guess. That is of course if i can get off my road! Problem is, yes it's fresh snow, but it's settling on ice
