  2. Cheers for the comments, ill not miss deadlines Just wondered what others did in other industries too, btw I like how clean your site is
  3. Hi again, I know what you mean about being busy were running maxed out at the moment, I do like to officially close the office though inbetween xmas and new year so we can get a head start on the jan sales for our ecommerce clients and work on our own stuff (which we never get chance too). We're obviously still available if anyone has any problems but its nice for those two days with no meetings and a quite phone Anyway, for now back to work it is....
  4. Hi guys, I'm just wondering how much time everyone is giving their staff off over the Christmas period, although I'll no doubt be online working at home throughout excluding the odd few days we officially finish on the 23rd, come back in between then pop in sometime between 28th-30th and then back again on the 5th. The bank holidays have messed us up a little to be honest. I also pay everyone for snow days, which is fair enough in my eyes as we can still work (albeit not as efficiently) from home over Skype etc, just wondering what the general trend was for businesses over xmas, I'd expect the retailers to be working the most, but I would like to know what other offices etc are doing and if they pay for snow days or make staff use holidays. cheers,

  6. Best place I've found is http://www.wespeakspanish.co.uk really really good course, well structured, fun, all learning materials provided and the group I've seen are all great people. Check it out
  7. Fair enough then, they aren't customers though, were a business team. Still a great deal for businesses and one of the best ways to gain a reliable circle of contacts to strengthen your business, don't you think ?
  8. There is no registration FEE, the monthly meeting cost cover your own breakfast and helps with the room hire. Everybody chips in for the greater good, I suggest you calm down a little, we're not government funded, we pull together. Guessing you're a hunter then.
  9. Many of you will have heard of the usual BNI, BOB clubs etc, I'd firstly like to say that I have absolutely no intention of bad mouthing these networking groups I myself have been part of them and made lots of successful business deals as a result. That said, the one thing that they all fail on is keeping the real reason of business networking at their core, the way most breakfast networking groups work are as follow, you pay for membership, attend meetings and tell the group what you are looking for, build trust and get business as a result. The concept is great but why should you have to pay to be part of a group ? They are franchised and run as a business and CLOSED as a business if numbers drop losing your money in most cases. Check out the fastest growing networking group in Sheffield clockworkuk.co.uk- ITS FREE, the only people that benefit are the members themselves, places are limited as we have the same policy of one representative per industry, we are going fo the best people with the right attitude, no sign up fee, our only requirement is that you are good at what you do. Check our clockworkuk.co.uk asap and register your interest in October Sheffield stating group. thanx for reading.
