Renting out my house. Advice needed.

Thanks for the advice. I will be renting in London so there will be no second mortgage and the rent from the house won't even cover the mortgage on it, so I wouldn't be making any profit from the rental. I am keeping the house as a long term investment only. But I guess I should tell them. You never know. -
I already have a mortgage in place on my house that I have lived in for 3 years. I am thinking of moving out of the house and renting it out. Do I need to change my mortgage type? Do I even need to tell the mortgage provider that I am renting it out? Thanks

I need to replace an old iron grate that has ruted and crumbled. It is for a hole in the wall that leads to the cellar. Where can I get a new or salvaged one from? Thanks.

Moving house need cheap van and man ?

Used Dave 2 men 1 van to move on Saturday. The guys arrived on time, were well organised. Contending with a lift to move from the 8th floor was not a problem. A friendly bunch, with an extra guy thrown in for free. Would use again and recommend to a friend.
