  1. I suppose we could all be living in a house with a murky past maybe the chance of someone dying in the house are high especially in an older house and we may never know the history that it holds.

Though the point your making is should the estate agent tell he buyer of what has happend in the house.

I,m not sure of the law about this, if you have a fault structure wise and you don't tell the buyer then that is an offence, but on the basis of the murder and holding this back then it is not an offence. As someone said in another thread don't try and fix it if it is'nt broken.

  2. Yeah Max know what you mean, though no such luck in my case but i only have contact with one brother out of all my family.

In-laws i have'nt bothered with for 24 years, my parents are both deceased, brother was banned from his hen pecking wife.

My Sons partner is becomimg a pain though and causing friction amongst the family and this will only get worse in time but we do not see her so thats fine.

If there in prison for shoplifting and expecting a baby then no they should not be chained to a bed.

    Serious crime then maybe.

Why don't the Tories admit defeat, they did enough damage to this country to last a life time during the 80s and early 90s, we refuse to forget that.

They have blown it for the 21st century thats for sure.

  5. I only ever went to the hospital once in April 1975.

I was almost leaving school and on the ward i visited its a time i never forgot.

There was an old lady and one of her feet had half missing.

She had some very heavy boots made to fit her and i think the same foot was a clubb foot.

I went to help her as instructed by the teacher and she attacked me.

Now this might sound funny being attacked by a disabled woman probably in her 80s or 90s, but it was very distressing and frightened me as she was like a woman possesed.

It took male nurses to get her off me.

I never went back there after that, and on the radio that afternoon in that ward was Minnie Rippertons Loving you, and when that song comes on the radio even today it reminds me of that hot afternoon back in 1975.

    Did anyone know this lady.

  6. I got sick of recieving them and in the end did'nt bother to look at them so i just deleted them.

Only today i won 32,000k and a new car if i sent off the document in a pre-paid envelope to the Netherlands.

The form asked me to confirm my name and address in case it got into the wrong hands, then followed on to a direct debit sheet.

Of course this went streight into file 13.

When i was a kid we used to knick the odd bottle of milk to take to school from the local high rise flats, but thats all i,m guilty of.

However as an adult i went to a night club with a couple of mates about 20 years ago and went for a curry after.

My mates then without notice jumped up and did a runner leaving me to shocked to follow them.

I was so embarrassed I offered to pay until 5 minutes after my mates came back joined up with two coppers who saw the cashier give them chase.

They were prosicuted and I did not have to pay the bill and to rub salt into there wounds they waived my cost of the meal to.

  8. The road in question is Shiregreen lane which changes into Newman Road on the bend, this is one continuation and you should stop and signal right to go on to Jenkin Road, there for treating it as a right hand turn off a main road.

I know it is a confusing bit of road but to be fair the on coming traffic coming up Newman are not liable if they hit you going through up towards Jenkin.

  9. He should have got two years for carrying the weapon without using the damn thing if you ask me.

It does not matter why he stabbed him in the head, he was carrying an offensive weapon so that means he was intending to use it at some time wether it was on the person he used it on or anyone else.

The facts of why this happened are not important, he is guilty of attempted murder and has got away with it.

Regarding the British justice system well, thats another story and i think thats beyond repair.

  10. Hi Colin

Thanks for the PM i'll be in touch.

However regarding the above i don't have photos but i have video and i will send you it.

The flats went in the early 90s and they built small houses on the site.

The block you lived on went somewhat after as it was not there last year when i went back to film it.

I left in 1976 though i cannot remember you going before me.

I will return and take some photos and mail them to you.
