Am I alone in finding the S. Yorks accent quite sexy? Maybe it is cos I am a posh Southerner and those lazy vowels and gruff tones sound so manly!

Hi I am new in the area and I too am finding it quite tough to meet folk and make friends. I joined a group called SPICE which is based in Sheffield. They do all kinds of activities as well as meeting people. There is a really mixture of people who go to these things. Does anyone know of any nice places to go to Salsa of a week day evening. Have been going to Cubana on Saturday but I often go away on weekends and need a weekday distraction. Thanks Anne-Marie
