Thanks - hilarious lines about dad's singing. It reminded me of Eric Morecambe's gag about his piano playing... all the right notes, but not necessarily in the right order.

My dad is Ernest Damms. I showed him the Fox thread, and we had a right laugh about the lovely obituaries eulogising about his panel-beating skills and vehicle restoration accomplishments. Needless to say, reports of his demise were much exaggerated! I know he went to your reunion last year,which he thoroughly enjoyed - his many years at Fox's hold dear memories for him. I'll try to get him to register on the site so he can keep in touch with you all.
