  1. Arshad textiles in Firth Park have a wide selection of dressmaking fabrics. The Moor Market is also worth a visit.
  2. Try to relax well in advance of bedtime and get plenty of exercise/keep very busy, during the day time. I have had insomnia for years and have to have an exhausting day to fall asleep at night.
  3. I force myself to go for a walk or do some gardening. Once I'm outdoors I start to feel better
