Our business has 19 windows cleaned for £30 if that helps, they are first floor windows too which I assume are more difficult!

Hi My brother moved abroad 18 months ago and rents his property through Northwood. He has been really pleased with their service and the guaranteed rent works particularly well for him too as it covers any void periods and as it's fully managed he doesn't have any hassle.

I prefer to buy one item of value than several small 'everyday' presents, but each to their own -
I would recommend the Fat Cat at Kelham Island, great few pubs round there...Also for a bite to eat the Milestone is fantastic, highly recommended!
