A bit late to the conversation but check the schools before, not just the Ofsted. Outstanding from two years ago might not be the same now, especially if senior management has had a big change.

Thanks for the reply. I was just a little worried because I'm uprooting my son away from his friends, but feel I have to because the school he is in is terrible. I'm more assured that you have had such a good experience there, hopefully if the space is still available we'll be looking round in a few weeks. Thanks again.

I know this topic was started a few months ago, but I really need some information on Nether Edge Primary. I'm thinking of sending my children there and would like to know from others parents what it is like. Are the kids friendly, how is behaviour, are the teachers nurturing etc? Any help appreciated. Thanks.

I'm looking for a new school for my children. I know Nether Edge has quite recently been given an outstanding Ofsted report, but I don't know how much faith I put in these. If anyone has some real knowledge about the school I'd really appreciate it. Thanks x
